Dom’s Workshop, Inc. is a residential general contractor based in Newton, NH, founded by Dom Campelo and serving Rockingham County since 2018. We build new homes and additions and take on full remodels in Newton, Kingston, Plaistow, Atkinson, Hampstead and nearby towns, along with kitchens, bathrooms and basements. Every project has one point of contact who coordinates the trades, the schedule and the inspections.
Second-Story Addition, Derry, NHDom’s path into construction wasn’t a straight line. At one point he was homeless, with only his loyal pit bull for company. He didn’t let that define him. One morning, waiting at a Dunkin’ Donuts for any chance at work, an opportunity came up, and Dom took it. That day started his career in construction.
Over time he sharpened his skills and became known for his dedication and craftsmanship. Wanting to work directly with homeowners, he started Dom’s Workshop in 2018.
That experience shapes how Dom approaches every project. A new home, an addition or a remodeled kitchen is more than walls and floors to him. He sees the people who will live there, what they hope for and what they need.
We start with a site visit, then send a written estimate that shows what’s included and which items are allowances. We handle permits, schedule the trades and keep you updated, and we finish with a walkthrough to close out every item.
